Career progression; from Ramp Agent to Ramp Service Manager.

Josh joined JNP Aviation as the Ramp Services Manager leading the ground handling team at Whangārei Airport, bringing extensive operational expertise, leadership skills, and in-depth industry knowledge to his role.

Josh completed his Certificate in Aviation (Ground Handling) Ramp Strand, Level 3, while working in Whangārei Airport as a ramp service agent for Air New Zealand - all theory was done via our Learning Management System (LMS) including Moodle e-Learning activities and assessments, and Josh was assessed on all the practical components in his workplace. This enabled Josh to learn and work at the same time, and helped him move up into the management role.
