Just keep in mind that your place isn’t confirmed yet - your school’s Career Advisor or Gateway Coordinator will decide whether you’re able to attend, so it’s a good idea to talk with them too.

Do I have to pay for the course?

No, usually our courses are funded by your school through their government funding streams such as Gateway.

What do I need to bring with me?

For our ground handling and flight courses you will need to BYOD, as we deliver some of our learning and complete some assessments online via Moodle. If this is a concern please talk to your Career Advisor / Gateway Coordinator, or let us know as we may be able to provide one for you!

BYOD isn't required for our aeronautical engineering course, you will be provided with a workbook.

We will also provide all your Personal Protective Equipment appropriate to your chosen course.

How long is the course and do I have to attend during school holidays?

Our courses usually run for 10 days, one day per week, for 10 weeks. Depending on the start date, this may mean that your course is interrupted by public holidays or school holidays, and so this may extend out to 11 or 12 weeks before completion.

No you don't attend our courses during school holidays.

While we encourage 100% attendance, we acknowledge that this isn't always possible. Our Instructors will always do their best to catch you up if you miss a day, and we may also offer an extra day for "catch up" after the course is finished for those students who need it. We do our best to ensure every student graduates with their full allocation of potential credits and is rewarded for their effort!
