This course is designed for those already employed in ground operations service roles and want to gain recognition for their industry experience.

What you'll learn

Learners demonstrate existing competence in contributing effectively within a team, operating two-way radios in accordance with aviation protocols, and applying established health, safety, and security practices, proficiency in handling and identifying dangerous goods, performing baggage sorting and checking procedures, and preparing aircraft loading equipment and rolling stock. Successful completion formally recognises and rewards the skills and knowledge already applying every day in the aviation workplace.
