

This certificate is designed to recognise individuals who have already developed the skills and knowledge required to safely perform aviation ground handling operations within the ramp environment.
Learners demonstrate their competence in the safe and efficient loading and off-loading of various aircraft types, understanding and applying correct load distribution principles, preparing and managing aircraft loading equipment and rolling stock, and operating a range of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to support ramp operations. Successful completion formally acknowledges the capability and professionalism of those working to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency on the ramp every day.

New Zealand Diploma's in Aviation - Levels 4 and 5.
The programme's content and delivery align with achieving the New Zealand qualification requirements and comply with CAA Rules, IATA Dangerous Good Regulations, and New Zealand Defence Force policies.
The programme includes units that total 61 credits, and are divided into the following four courses:
* Course One: Communication, safety, and security in ground operations
* Course Two: Safe baggage preparation and vehicle use
* Course Three: Aircraft load distribution and advanced vehicle operation
