This certificate is designed to recognise individuals who have already developed the skills and knowledge required to safely perform aviation ground handling operations within the ramp environment.

What you'll learn

Learners demonstrate their competence in the safe and efficient loading and off-loading of various aircraft types, understanding and applying correct load distribution principles, preparing and managing aircraft loading equipment and rolling stock, and operating a range of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to support ramp operations. Successful completion formally acknowledges the capability and professionalism of those working to maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency on the ramp every day.

Course standards
